Our Policy: You're not happy we're not happy. Period!
If you are unhappy with your purchase and you want to return the items for an exchange or a refund then please read below:
Please click on the link MY ACCOUNT (above) and login to your account.
Find the order number that contains the items you wish to return.
Select the order number to view the order.
There will be a link on the right hand side that says 'NEW RMA'.
Click the link to complete the return information.
All
returned items must be in their ORIGINAL SEALED packaging. We do not
accept items that have been used, strands that have been broken and
packaging that has been opened. All spools of chain and cord must be
returned in tact.
Please
note that all returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the
goods. All non-defective items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SHIP THE ITEMS WITH A SIGNATURE REQUIRED. We will only refund/exchange items that have been returned to us.
